Billy has signed on with The National Transplant Assistance Fund for assistance in fund raising and receiving donations.  NTAF is a 501(c)(3) non-profit  organization that will receive tax deductible donations on his behalf and then disperse them in the form of reimbursements for cost he incurs related to the transplant.  Any donations made to NTAF on Billy's behalf will be tax deductible to the extent of the law.  In addition, all reimbursements made to him are not subject to Federal or State income taxes.  In addition to participating in any of the fund raising events, there are two ways you can make direct donations to NTAF on behalf of Billy Luckie.  Here they are...
